On February 3, the 55 meter long platform Sea Worker capsized off Hvide Sande, Denmark. The Sea Worker had been aground since January 27 while being towed to an offshore wind turbine site. Reports state the platform had on board both light fuel oil and lubricating oil and a small sheen was spotted, but authorities state there is no risk of a large oil spill. No reports of injuries. The Sea Worker was to be inspected for damage to see if the platform was too far damaged to be salvaged.
