On April 18, the 61 foot long fishing vessel Angela Michelle became disabled some 115 miles off the coast of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The Angela Michelle had gone adrift after its propeller and rudder fouled by an anchor line. The crew requested assistance with the Coast Guard cutter Legare responding.  The Legare arrived on scene and towed the Angela Michelle back towards Gloucester. A motor lifeboat took over the tow and the Angela Michelle arrived safely in port. No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released.
